Small Batch Loaf Pan Mini Focaccia

This small batch recipe uses just one cup of flour to make a mini focaccia that bakes up golden brown in a standard sized loaf pan!

Here are the ingredients you'll need!

Combine flour, salt, and sugar in a mixing bowl.

Add water and yeast. Let sit for a minute, then add olive oil.

Mix with a fork, adding flour from the sides until a dough forms.

Fold the wet dough over itself, rotating the bowl as you go, for about a minute.

Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Fold the dough over itself 10-12 times in the bowl.

Cover and rest 15 mins more.

Dip your fingers in olive oil and dimple the dough all over.

Cover and rise 30 minutes while you preheat the oven.

Drizzle with olive oil and add any toppings you like.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown on top.

Let cool slightly before removing from pan.
