Homemade Mini Bagels

These adorable homemade mini bagels can be made in just about 2 hours.

Mini bagels are great for snacks, lunches, breakfast spreads, making mini pizza bagels and so much more!

Here are the ingredients you'll need to make these mini bagels!

Flour / Instant Yeast Salt / Sugar / Water Egg

Combine flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in the bowl of a stand mixer.

Add lukewarm water and mix on medium speed with a dough hook until the dough comes together. Then knead for 3-5 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.

Shape the dough into a ball and place in a lightly greased bowl. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.

Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces. Flatten and then tuck the edges up to shape into a ball.

Repeat until all 12 pieces of dough have been shaped.

Poke a hole through the bottom of each one with your thumbs. Squeeze, stretch, and rotate to shape the mini bagels.

Boil the mini bagels for 30 seconds per side. Use a wire spider remove the bagels to a lined sheet pan.

Brush the mini bagels with egg wash and bake for 17-19 minutes at 425F.

Let cool, then slice and serve!
