Here are the ingredients you will need to make this focaccia pizza!
Mix the dough together, cover and rest 5 minutes.
Use damp hands to fold the dough over itself a few times. Cover and rest 5 minutes then repeat. Rest for 10 minutes this time.
Fold the dough one last time, then transfer to a greased and oiled 9x13" baking pan. Cover and rest at room temp 7-10 hours.
When the dough is almost ready, whisk together the no-cook pizza sauce.
Grate the cheese and prep any other toppings.
Spread the pizza sauce on the focaccia. Then use oiled fingertips to dimple it down into the dough.
Top with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and finish with pecorino romano cheese.
Slide the whole pan directly onto a preheated baking steel. Bake for 17-20 mins at 475°F. Top with fresh basil.
Let cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack to finish cooling without getting soggy!
