Chicken or vegetable broth / garlic ginger / miso paste / lemon ABC noodles / scallions (optional
Finely zest ginger root, garlic, and lemon. Set aside.
Add to a pot with a small bit of oil, and stir to cook.
Add broth (or water and bouillon) and bring to a boil.
Stir in small pasta (ABC pasta is the best, imo) and cook according to al dente directions on the package.
Remove from heat and stir in miso paste until it dissolves.
