The BEST Easy Blueberry Chocolate Chip Cookies

A no-mixer-needed recipe for chewy cookies stuffed with chunks of dark chocolate, bright blueberries, hints of orange zest, and flaky sea salt to finish!

These are the ingredients you will need:

Partially dry the blueberries in a 200F oven for 2-4 hrs to remove some of the moisture.

Melt and cool butter in a large mixing bowl. Add brown and white sugar. Whisk well, 2-3 minutes.

Add egg, vanilla, and orange zest. Whisk one minute more until thick and fluffy.

Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Gently fold in with a spatula until a few streaks of flour remain.

Add dried blueberries and chocolate chunks, and fold in until evenly incorporated. Do not overmix.

Scoop 2 tbsp dough balls on to a sheet pan. Press chocolate chunks into the tops for chocolate puddles.

Bake for 9-11 mins at 375F. Top with flaky salt and scoot into round shapes while still warm.
