How to Make a Paprika Fried Egg

This technique helps you get a well seasoned egg every time. I use paprika, but you can use lots of other spices too!

Heat oil in skillet over low heat. Add paprika and pepper. They should bubble slightly as they bloom.

Crack an egg gently into the seasoned oil.

Season the top of the egg with a pinch of salt and additional paprika.

When the egg white is opaque, add a splash of water and cover to steam the top of the egg.

Cook until set. Transfer to a plate or slice of toast to serve!
