BAKERY-STYLE CHOCOLATE M&M COOKIES

BAKERY-STYLE CHOCOLATE M&M COOKIES

This small batch, no-chill, 30 minute cookie recipe makes 9 giant thick and chewy bakery-style chocolate m&m cookies.

Here are the ingredients you will need!

Cream butter and sugars together until fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

Add egg and vanilla and beat on high speed one minute more.

Sift in flour, cocoa powders, salt, and baking soda.

Mix on very low speed until crumbly. The flour may not be entirely incorporated, that's okay. Do not over mix!

Mix in the Mini M&Ms by hand. The flour will finish incorporating as you mix, preventing over mixing.

Portion out 9 cookie dough balls with a 3 tablespoon scoop. Roll them into balls, flatten slightly, and top with more Mini M&Ms.

Bake for 10-11 minutes at 350F.

Use a large round cutter or wide-mouthed glass to scoot the still-warm cookies into round shapes. This makes them extra thick!

Transfer to a rack to finish cooling. These are so good with a glass of milk or used to make ice cream sandwiches!
