DIY Bagel Chips

Making homemade bagel chips is a great way to use up day-old bagels!

This is a simple base recipe and can be easily customized with other bagel flavors and seasonings!

Here's what you need to make homemade bagel chips!

Thinly slice a bagel into rounds.

If using homemade bagels (swipe up for my easy bagel recipe), bake off a few bagel sticks for making bagel chips — they're easier to slice!

Arrange the bagel chips on a sheet pan.

Lightly brush the top of each bagel chip with a bit of olive oil.

Then sprinkle with salt and any other seasonings you like.

Bake for 15-20 minutes until completely dried, tossing them every 5-10 minutes for even browning.

Let them cool before eating — homemade bagel chips are great as a snack but also as croutons in salad or soup!
