canned chicken breast | sugar | salt pepper | ginger | mayo | lime juice almonds | grapes | scallions

Combine mayo & lime juice in a medium mixing bowl.

Add ginger, salt, pepper, and sugar.

Add one can of drained chicken breast and mix with a fork to shred the chicken.

Add sliced red grapes and thinly sliced scallion greens.

Other fruits that work well are nectarines and peaches!

Mix gently to combine without bursting the grapes.

Finally, add toasted slivered almonds.

To preserve their crunchy texture, wait to add until immediately before serving.
